Sometimes if you want a Free WiFi at the airport, you just have to ask for it.

Even though most airports now offer their passengers a Free WiFi service, there are still many airports that charge access fee to use their WiFi network.

It would not be a problem if you are Sharon Harvey Rosenberg who noticed a space for entering a promotional code on the paid Boingo WiFi portal at New York LaGuardia Airport. She proceeded to the closest gift shop and ask for a complimentary Boingo WiFi access pass. Guess what she got it! The promotional card on the code did not work, but that did not stop Sharon from getting her free airport WiFi service. She called the Boingo customer service number of the back of the card and volla…it worked. She got the Free WiFi service she asked for.

Here are Sharon recommendations

1) Ask about the Free WiFi passes at the airport gift shops.
2) If the Free WiFi passes are not available go to the pay WiFi service portal find the customer service number and call to request a promotional code.
What we learn from Sharon is that if you want a Free WiFi service you just have to ask for it. You can read Sharon post on Free WiFi passes and her other posts from her website
